The Government of Uganda through the Regional Communications Infrastructure Project (RCIP) is developing a 10 year National Broadband Infrastructure blueprint.
The Blueprint once in place, shall be a guiding tool for coordinated planning, development and management of broadband infrastructure in the country in collaboration with all stakeholders (Regulators, Utility Providers, Operators, among others).
