The Northern Corridor Integration Project (NCIP) Partner States namely; Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda and South Sudan are committed to the transformation of their social-economic landscape through infrastructure development. One of the major infrastructure initiatives that is earmarked for implementation is the regional broadband ecosystem. This will ensure that all partner states communities have access to broadband services based on a sustainable infrastructure of information and communication technologies.
