PRESS RELEASE - Uganda to Host Digital Government Africa Summit 2026

Uganda has been selected to host the Digital Government Africa Summit (DGA) 2026, a premier continental platform that brings together African leaders, policymakers, and innovators to advance digital governance. The announcement was made in Lusaka, Zambia, during the closing ceremony of the Digital Government Africa Summit 2025, coinciding with Uganda’s 63rd Independence Anniversary celebrations.
