The Client Charter outlines the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance’s service standards and commitment to continuous improvement, developed through consultations with staff and stakeholders, and serves as a binding framework for the Ministry, its clients, and stakeholders.

In line with this, the Ministry has organized the launch of the Client Charter to ensure a common understanding of its contents and to reinforce staff responsibility for its
effective implementation, in accordance with the principles of accountability, professionalism, transparency, and client-centred service delivery.

The purpose of this memo is to invite you to participate in the virtual launch and dissemination of the Ministry’s Client Charter, which will be held via Zoom on Monday, 2nd February, 2026, starting at 2:00 pm.
