The Client Charter of the Ministry of ICT has been developed as part of Public Service Reform Programme (PSRP) to improve effective and efficient delivery of our services. It sets out key service standards that clients and stakeholders should expect as well as their obligations. It also spells out the vision, mission, mandate and priorities of the Ministry. Below is the Client Charter for FY 2011/12 – 2013/14 which is currently under review.
